This new function of cwcheat is available just above return to game in the in game menu of cwcheat
and it's called Manage memory cards.
when you select this menuyou will see 5 options and a selected memory card.
the selected memory card is composed of the id of the game a - and a number and finally the epsxe extension
(yes they are epsxe compatible files you can open them with every decent memory card editor for psx and
epsxe itself)

you can change the number of the memory card by pressing LEFT and RIGHT and R to change from mcr->gme->vme->mcr : you can have up to 255 memory cards per type per game

then for the options:

Save memory card 1 to memory stick:

This will take the memory card loaded in the psp emu in slot 1 and copy it in the selected memory card

Save memory card 2 to memory stick:

This will take the memory card loaded in the psp emu in slot 2 and copy it in the selected memory card

load memory card 1 from memory stick:

this will load the selected memory card in the psp emulator memory card in slot 1

load memory card 2 from memory stick:

this will load the selected memory card in the psp emulator memory card in slot 2

exit

will return to the main cwcheat menu

Some notes:

-memory cards are all copied in the /seplugins/cwcheat/mc/ folder

-remember that if you want to make permanent loaded memory cards in the emulator memory cards you need
to do some write operations (do a new save, delete a save, overwrite a save, whathever) on the
memory card that you want to write to the emulator own memory cards. if you don't do this
you will need to reload the memory card with cwcheat the next time you load the game

-if cwcheat shows file open/size error or something like that memory cards wont work. check that's all fine

enjoy this new function :)
